Claude Code Workflow (CCW) is a set of slash commands and a CLI that organise AI coding work into four levels. Level 1 is `/workflow:lite-lite-lite` for quick fixes and config changes. Level 2 covers `lite-plan` for clear single-module features, `lite-fix` for bug diagnosis and `multi-cli-plan` for multi-perspective analysis. Level 3 is `plan` for multi-module work and `tdd-plan` for test-driven development. Level 4 is `brainstorm:auto-parallel` for new features and architecture design.

The README's feature list adds multi-CLI orchestration that can use Gemini, Qwen, Codex and Claude, chosen automatically or manually, dependency-aware parallel execution without worktree complexity, an issue workflow for post-development maintenance with optional worktree isolation, and JSON-first state where `.task/IMPL-*.json` files are the single source of truth. A dashboard opened with `ccw view` manages sessions and can register any API as a custom CLI.

CodexLens, a local code search and indexing feature, is marked in the README as in development with some features possibly unstable. Install is `npm install -g claude-code-workflow` then `ccw install -m Global`. The licence is MIT and the last push was 2026-06-18. This review is based on the README and repository data; we have not run it ourselves.
