ZCF (Zero-Config Code Flow) is a setup tool for Claude Code and Codex with bilingual support, an agent system and a personalised assistant. The recommended entry point is `npx zcf`, which opens an interactive menu for install and update. `npx zcf i` does a full initialisation (install, workflows, API or CCR configuration and MCP), `npx zcf u` updates workflows only, and `--lang` switches the interface language.

A non-interactive mode takes a provider preset and key, for example `npx zcf i -s -p 302ai -k ...`. The README itself is short and defers details to the documentation site and offers English, Chinese and Japanese versions. It carries sponsor sections for third-party AI API services (302.AI, Z.ai's GLM Coding Plan with a discount link and PackyCode, an API relay provider). The repository is MIT licensed and published on npm.
