Laravel Boost gives AI coding assistants the context and structure they need to write good Laravel code. At its core is an MCP server with more than 15 tools, plus composable AI guidelines written for Laravel and its ecosystem and a Documentation API that combines an MCP tool with a knowledge base of over 17,000 Laravel-specific items, with semantic search. The README marks it as beta with frequent updates.

The tools let an assistant read application info (PHP and Laravel versions, database engine, installed packages and Eloquent models), browser logs and the last application error, inspect database connections and schema and execute database queries, list routes, Artisan commands, config keys and environment variable keys, read a config value by dot notation, read log entries, convert relative URLs to absolute ones, search the Laravel docs for the installed package versions, and run code in the application's context with Tinker. Guidelines cover Laravel 10 to 12, Livewire, Flux UI, Herd, Inertia (React and Vue), Pest, PHPUnit, Pint and Tailwind CSS. Install with `composer require laravel/boost -w --dev` and `php artisan boost:install`, then use it from Cursor, Claude Code or another agent. The generated config and guideline files can be added to .gitignore. GitHub shows no licence.
