Keep is an open-source AIOps and alert management platform. The README sums it up as a single pane of glass for all your alerts and incidents, a Swiss Army knife for alerts with deduplication, correlation, filtering and enrichment, deep bi-directional integrations with monitoring tools, workflow automation described as GitHub Actions for your monitoring tools, and AI-powered correlation and summarisation.

A Keep workflow is a declarative YAML file made of triggers (alerts, incidents, a schedule or manual), steps that fetch or enrich data, and actions such as updating tickets, sending notifications or restarting servers; the README's example opens a Jira ticket for every critical Sentry alert on the payments and api services. The integration list is long: observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Splunk, Zabbix and CloudWatch, databases, communication platforms, incident management and ticketing tools and container orchestration, and AI backends for enrichment (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Ollama, LlamaCPP, Grok and Gemini). A hosted version and documentation site are available.

Trade-offs

!It is an operations platform for teams already running monitoring tools, so it adds little value without alert sources.
!AI correlation and summaries need an LLM backend, and quality depends on the model you connect.
!GitHub shows the licence as NOASSERTION, and some positioning points to the hosted offering, so check the licence terms before relying on it.
