budibase
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform that the README says saves engineers hundreds of hours building forms, portals and approval apps securely. Unlike many builders it produces single-page applications that can be designed responsively, and you can host it yourself with Docker, Kubernetes or DigitalOcean, or use Budibase Cloud.
It connects to many data sources (MongoDB, CouchDB, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Airtable, S3, DynamoDB or a REST API) and also lets you start with no data source at all. Apps are assembled from pre-made components with CSS styling options, and automations cover webhooks, emails and other steps. For self-hosting it offers global management of users, onboarding, SMTP, apps, groups and theming, plus an app portal for end users. The licence is GPL v3 for the core, with MPL shown on GitHub.
