ae-mcp lets MCP clients such as Codex, Cursor and Claude Code drive Adobe After Effects through a Python MCP server and a local CEP panel. The chain runs from the MCP client through HTTP on 127.0.0.1 to the CEP panel and AE ExtendScript.
