This is an awesome-style list from HOL (Hashgraph Online) of plugins, skills and resources for OpenAI Codex, which packages skills, MCP servers and app integrations into shareable bundles across the Codex app, CLI and IDE extensions. The README is organised into Official Plugins, Community Plugins (split into Development and Workflow, and Tools and Integrations), Plugin Development, Guides and Articles, and Related Projects.

Unlike most lists it is also installable: the repository publishes a Codex repo marketplace at .agents/plugins/marketplace.json, pointing at mirrored plugin bundles under ./plugins/, so Codex can be pointed at the repo to browse and install entries. It also documents a validation workflow for plugin authors, using HOL's plugin-scanner for lint and verify checks locally and as a GitHub Action on pull requests.

This write-up is based on the project's README and public repository data. We have not hand-tested the tool. Data as of 2026-10-17.
