harvey
Harvey is an autonomous sales agent that runs locally. Every 15 minutes it wakes, checks its budget, decides what most needs doing, and works a pipeline: discover businesses, profile their websites, find decision makers, verify addresses, write cold email that references something specific, send it and handle replies. Its distinguishing choice is to call models through the Claude Code CLI or Codex on a subscription you already pay for, with no API key or per-token bill, while throttling to leave quota for your own work.
By default every outgoing email waits in an approval outbox; autopilot is an explicit opt-in. Before sending, a deterministic gate rejects unrendered merge tags, banned phrases, overlong emails and address mismatches. It adds opt-out and postal address footers for CAN-SPAM, treats any opt-out wording as permanent, sends inside each recipient's office hours, ramps up during warmup, and trips a kill switch on high bounce rates. LinkedIn automation is off by default, with a ToS warning.
Setup needs Python 3.11+, a logged-in Claude Code or Codex CLI and a mailbox, ideally on a dedicated sending domain; the repo's CLAUDE.md can walk Claude Code through setup. Data lives in SQLite with a fact-per-row observations table, and the dashboard runs on localhost:5555. The README stresses that you are the sender and should check provider terms. MIT licensed.
