hop
hop is an SSH connection manager written to replace long commands like `ssh -i ~/.ssh/work_key [email protected] -p 2222` with `hop prod`. It fuzzy-matches the name you type, imports your existing ~/.ssh/config, and ships as a single binary with no dependencies.
A TUI dashboard lets you browse, add, edit and delete connections with keyboard or mouse. Connections can be grouped by project, environment or tags, run through jump hosts with ProxyJump, and use mosh instead of SSH for unreliable networks. `hop exec production "uptime"` runs a command on every server in a group, and connections can be exported to YAML for sharing or backup. Configuration lives in ~/.config/hop/config.yaml. An MCP server lets AI assistants search connections, run commands and check status across projects, and a Raycast extension launches connections from Raycast. It installs with Homebrew or `go install`.
