Open Claude Cowork is an open-source desktop chat app from Composio. The README describes it as powered by the Claude Agent SDK and the Composio Tool Router, aimed at automating work across desktop and work apps such as Gmail, Slack, GitHub and Google Drive in one place. It is an Electron app for macOS, Windows and Linux with a Node.js and Express backend.

Two providers can be switched in the UI. The Claude provider uses the Claude Agent SDK with tool use and multi-turn conversations. The Opencode provider routes to other models through one SDK, and the README names Claude, GPT-5, Grok, GLM and MiniMax. Features listed include persistent and multiple chat sessions, SSE token streaming, a sidebar that shows tool inputs and outputs, todo-based progress tracking and custom Skills.

Setup uses `./setup.sh`, which installs the Composio CLI, walks through Composio login and writes keys to `.env`, or you do it manually with Node.js 18+. You need an Anthropic key for the Claude provider, an Opencode key for that provider if used, and a Composio API key. The license is MIT and the last push was 2026-05-23. This review is based on the README and repository data; we have not run it ourselves.
