Claude Code Guide is a community-written guide to Claude Code, and its README points readers to the official Claude Code documentation for updates. Its checklist covers guides for installing on Windows, Linux and macOS, tips and tricks, an MCP overview of what to use, community guides, troubleshooting and how to use Claude Code most effectively. The repository also links a Discord integration, daily updated Claude release changelogs, and agent-security SKILL.md files with a guide to writing agent skills.
The main document is very long and organised into getting started, configuration and environment variables, commands and usage with a cheat sheet, interface and input (including keyboard shortcuts and Vim mode), advanced features, security and permissions, automation and integration, help and troubleshooting, and third-party integrations. It is useful as a single searchable reference, but as an unofficial guide it can fall behind the product, and GitHub shows an unusual licence value for it.
