agent-device
agent-device by Callstack gives coding agents a live feedback loop with a running mobile app, through a CLI, a built-in MCP server or a typed Node.js API. Agents can inspect, control, debug and verify apps on iOS, Android and HarmonyOS (simulators, emulators and physical devices) as well as tvOS and other targets, and it works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Goose or any agent that can run a CLI or connect over MCP.
The README says agents can inspect app state through accessibility snapshots, refs, selectors and React Native component trees, act on visible UI (tap, press, fill fields, scroll, gestures, waits, assertions, alerts), diagnose failures with screenshots, video, logs, traces, network data, performance samples, crash details and React profiles, and repeat workflows by saving steps as .ad scripts for local use or CI, with strict Maestro YAML export. Example prompts include implementing a screen and attaching screenshots from both simulators, reproducing a crash with logs, and checking React Native re-renders. Install with `npm install -g agent-device@latest`, then run `agent-device doctor` before handing the CLI to an agent. It needs Node.js 22.12 or newer (24 or newer for web automation) and is MIT licensed.
