GoNavi
GoNavi is a cross-platform database client built with Wails (Go plus the system WebView) and React instead of Electron, with installers in the 20–26 MB range. It is notably honest about size: the README separates installer size from memory use and reports about 429 MB RSS for an idle Linux WebKit build, warning readers not to confuse the two.
It connects to relational databases and also to caches, vector stores, message queues, search engines, time-series and Chinese domestic databases, for example MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, Milvus, OceanBase and ClickHouse. The data grid is virtualized for large result sets and supports in-place edits, batch CRUD and transaction commit or rollback, with SSH tunnels, proxies, execution logs and a redacted audit center.
The AI side attaches live table schemas to chats with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or any OpenAI-compatible API, with slash commands to generate, explain, optimize and review SQL. It also detects local CLIs and connects Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and others over MCP, or serves Streamable HTTP for remote agents, while credentials stay on the GoNavi host. License is Apache-2.0.
