Open Executive, from sentelabs.ai, is an Apache-2.0 system that presents one coherent executive persona backed by nine specialist agents: strategy, finance, HR, legal, operations, marketing, product, sales and board communications. The orchestrator calls specialists in parallel and replies in a single voice without exposing the internal agents. Each specialist retrieves from built-in MBA-level notes plus your uploaded company documents in ChromaDB, and after each reply a smaller model extracts decisions and advice into SQLite so later sessions remember them.

It reaches people through Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Chat, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Confluence and MCP tools. An Act as me mode drafts email in a leader's voice from their own Gmail for them to review and send, and a scheduler sends morning briefs and follow-up reminders. The stack is the Anthropic Claude API, Python 3.11 with FastAPI, uv and Next.js 15. Spend approval thresholds and governance rules are configurable. The API must run as a single instance because of the scheduler, and a managed cloud version is announced.
