rutis is a plugin runtime with a small Rust core for software that writes, swaps and hot-reloads its own plugins, including agents. It guarantees dependency-ordered start, exactly-once cleanup and rollback on failure, with plugins in TypeScript, Python and Go running across processes and machines.
