OpenTrace is a self-hosted server that connects your AI coding agent directly to production observability data via MCP. It eliminates manual copy-pasting of stack traces and logs, enabling the agent to search logs, investigate errors, analyze slow queries, and more. It uses a custom columnar storage engine and runs on a cheap $4/month VM.
