ToolJet

ToolJet is an open-source platform for building internal tools such as admin panels, dashboards and operational apps on top of your existing databases, APIs and SaaS systems. You can build apps visually with a drag-and-drop builder or by prompting: ToolJet AI turns a description into pages, queries and components.

It suits teams that need many internal apps without dedicating front-end engineers to each one. The Community Edition includes a visual builder with 80+ responsive components, a built-in no-code database, multi-page apps with multiplayer editing and 90+ data source connections. ToolJet also ships an MCP server (currently in beta), so coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build or Cursor can build ToolJet apps directly against your real data sources. You can self-host it or use ToolJet Cloud.

Getting started: the quickest path is a ToolJet Cloud account. To try it locally, run the Docker command from the README (`docker run --name tooljet -p 80:80 ... tooljet/try:ee-lts-latest`); for production self-hosting, follow the deployment guides and prefer the LTS release for stability.
