Knowledge Work Plugins is Anthropic's open-source collection of plugins that turn Claude into a specialist for a role, team or company. Built for Claude Cowork and also compatible with Claude Code, each plugin bundles the skills, connectors, slash commands and sub-agents for a specific job function, and is meant to be customised to your own tools and workflows.

Eleven plugins are included: productivity, sales, customer support, product management, marketing, legal, finance, data, enterprise search, bio-research, and a plugin-management plugin for creating or customising your own. Each connects to the tools that function typically uses, for example Slack, HubSpot and Clay for sales; Intercom for support; Linear, Asana and Jira for product; Snowflake, Databricks and BigQuery for finance and data; and PubMed for bio-research. Typical tasks range from prospect research and contract review to reconciling accounts and writing SQL.

Getting started: in Cowork, install plugins from claude.com/plugins. In Claude Code, run `claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins`, then install a plugin, for example `claude plugin install sales@knowledge-work-plugins`.
